Creating Useful Tools for Area Directors

So what is "The AD Toolkit"

My name is Steve Smith, and as an Area Director for over 4 years, I have a first-hand understanding of the AD role and where our biggest challenges lie. As someone who is also technically savvy, I'm in the unique position to do something about them, which is why I started The AD Toolkit. You might know me as the guy who created the "profit estimator" or the newest "magic number" sheet, but at The AD Toolkit I'm looking to tackle larger projects. My first product, LEADS, is designed to reinvent how an AD manages the revenue generating aspect of their business. Future products will explore other ways AD's can be more successful by leveraging the power of well designed technology.

My products aren't for everyone. I believe that at best 25-35% of AD's will utilize my software solutions, and that's ok. I'm designing tools for AD's who want to maximize their sales potential, and are disciplined enough to adopt new routines when it makes sense. Currently I've got products in the pipeline other than LEADS, but if you've got an idea to use technology to make AD's more effective, I'm happy to hear it.
